Through provincial regulations, such as the Municipalities Act, 2006 and the Planning and Development Act, 2009, the RM of Parkdale is required to provide public notice for the adoption of new bylaws, amendments to the existing Basic Planning Statement (Official Community Plan) and Zoning Bylaw, subdivision applications, discretionary use development permit applications, as well as notifications for other proceedings, such as municipal elections.
